[Atlantic] How to Make Your Company Less Sexist and Racist

While I think this article raises pertinent issues in regards to the diversification of an organization’s employees, there should some sort of standard of what a full “diversified” work force looks like – perhaps a percentile measure as long as it doesn’t place down arbitrary measure while at the same time making sure companies cant skirt whatever are the prescribed guidelines. All companies and departments should have some kind of training in how to articulate and discuss differences in gender, race, sexuality, etc. I find that this training is lacking in most companies, who will “suddenly” come to awareness that their staff is not “diverse”.
